M2M RMS and Intellisite are hosted services designed to help you get more out of your equipment by giving you tools to monitor, manage, and optimize your field assets your trusted partner.  With RMS and Intellisite you get the results you’re looking for. Whether you want to optimize equipment performance or make sure that you’re sending the right technician to the right job, we’ve got a solution for you. Best of all, our services are simple to deploy. All you need is a connection to the internet and we’ll take care of the rest.

We leverage a modular architecture that can be tailored to the needs of your business. This means that you get the functionality you need to fit the unique needs of your organization. Many of our customers want to simply want to know if their equipment is running, and if it goes down, what the shutdown code was. Others want to know all of the operating data they could see if they were on site. RMS’s architecture allows us to offer services that address both of these needs, and more.

If equipment maintenance is your primary concern, you may want our optional iPM™ service, which gives you intelligent preventative maintenance functionality. Maybe you need to perform remote diagnostics, if so, iMA™ our intelligent machinery analysis module is the best solution for you. You can start with any one of the services or the combination of your choice. Our experienced sales staff will work with you to find the right solution for your business needs. RMS and Intellisite are hosted at our world-class data center in Denver, Colorado. The facility is physically secure, with backup power generation capabilities.

All systems are monitored by professional personnel and offer full redundancy. We back this up with a service level agreement, guaranteeing the service’s availability, and also offer around the clock customer support. This gives you the peace of mind that your data is secure and that you’ll always have remote access to your assets twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

We continuously monitor your equipment for alarms conditions. If an alarm is detected for a monitored point, the system automatically emails, texts, and dials your list of pre-programmed contacts. When making a call, it keeps calling until it gets an answer.Once the alarm is acknowledged, the system records who acknowledged the alarm adding an additional layer of accountability.

Web Interface: A quick view is provided to display any critical events or alarms at any given site. Critical events are highlighted in red on all web pages and additional information is available by drilling down into sub-menus on a per site basis.

Cellular and Satellite Communications: Cost effective communications, without expensive network build-outs, even where cell phones won’t work.

Intelligent Hardware: Alarm thresholds are pushed down to the hardware and are easily configurable, giving you all of the information you need and none of the data you don’t. Flexible hardware allows you to select the I/O configuration to meet the needs of you application.

Event Notification: Provides flexibility in the communications methodology used to make sure alerts get through every time.

User Driven Reports: Get the reports you need when you want them. Run times, totalized flow, number of cycles, etc. can all be included in reports that can be run either on a set schedule or on demand.

Secure Access: RMS’ robust user administration module provides various levels of security that are configurable by the user. This allows users to easily configure user access, groups to receive alerts and determine how alerts are received. Even the hardware has local secured access.

System Mapping: Get an overview of all of your assets on a single map powered by Bing™.

Service Level Agreement: RMS service is backed by an uptime guarantee delivered in writing with every subscription we sell.

Hardware Compatibility: M2M RMS is compatible with M2M RMS’s full hardware line including the RMS100, RMS500, RMS600, RMS1000, and Right Smart 1200/2400 products.
